What was your first social media business account you managed?

Toyota Baltic. We launched Toyota Baltic in Estonia with accounts on Facebook, Twitter, Youtube and a blog. After a few months of trials we launched the same concept in Latvia and Lithuania. The first launch campaign was for designers and other creative people to create their very own Toyota IQ design. Some pics of the designs from that time: Pretty cool to see these designed IQ’s still on the streets of Estonia. We re-ran the same concept quite a few times. I remember the first day we opened the Facebook based campaign page and started communicating with selected designers for seeding the campaign… OMG, my heart rate was about a few thousand-ish. NOONE knew what was going to happen, because nobody had any clue about social media marketing besides the hype and a few blogs online.

It’s the glue between people, ideas, cultures, fantasy, creation, business and creativity.


If you could only use one social media platform, then what would it be?

Facebook. It has everything.


Proudest achievement?

Having an amazing 12-headed social media team with all the awesome people, ideas and emotions in one room to work with so many awesome clients is just OFF THE HOOK! And yeah, that MTV Award I have…


What was the coolest project that you have done or been a part of?

Been a part of SO many projects, but all charity projects warm up the heart, all the big budget projects bring the € € in my eye and all the “do what you think is awesome” projects blow up the roof. The coolest project so far has been VURR.


What world class brand would you like to manage in social media?

I’m a huge fan of snowboarding and action sports and ALSO console gaming. Considering that, any A Category game launch would be awesome, GTA 6 for example. Or Red Bull, or GoPro. And just managing a brand is one thing, I think all the activities to create awesome content for managing a profile is THE THING I LOVE doing. Oh yeah, and something related to music, bands, musicians, music instruments, festivals…


If you don’t have internet and electricity for a longer period what would you do?

I’d go caveman on my ass. Sticks, pricks, fire and BBQ all the way. Also I like to carve slingshots out of wood… yeah… it’s a long story.


Is internet ruled by cats?

Hope not, I’m allergic.


Who is your role model and why?

Any rebel with a cause. Flip the expectations, make awesome results, be mindful, be loud, stand out, do good and I will follow. I’m a nowaday consumer, I change my role models quick enough.


If you could be a superhero, who would you be and why?

Deadpool. Because The Mask and Johnny Bravo aren’t superheroes…


What is the biggest mistake you have seen on social media?

Post a link in the text section and don’t write anything to explain. Boost it with 500 € and you’re an idiot.


What is the first step to become a social media hero?

Learn to Google!


What are your suggestions for a beginner social media manager?

Learn to fail and don’t give up!!!
